Marcial Elazar took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frederico Domingues. Frederico Domingues dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Frederico Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcial Elazar went, in the 15th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Nascente do Leça's Frederico Domingues played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcial Elazar in the 18th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Urbs LC's Cristoforo Tondi got a free kick in the 19th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Almiro Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nascente do Leça's supporters rose to their feet, but Almiro Peixoto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Biagio Mascia breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the Nascente do Leça defense, Lucio Mujesan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Domingues. The Nascente do Leça fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Domingues should have stopped the shot. 32 minutes into the game, Lucio Mujesan cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. Frederico Domingues was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Urbs LC's Romeo Benetti got a free kick in the 37th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Américo Leme in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Biagio Mascia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Nascente do Leça's Teodoro Miranda was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Biagio Mascia in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Damiano Taraborrelli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Domingues having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, Urbs LC's goalkeeper Biagio Mascia had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Almiro Peixoto. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Almiro Peixoto hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute, Urbs LC's Lucio Mujesan dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. When Lucio Mujesan came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Urbs LC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lucio Mujesan couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that Fulvio Vida's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Frederico Domingues was relentless in the 59th minute of the game. Frederico Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulvio Vida, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frederico Domingues stood somewhat misplaced when Lucio Mujesan came free in front of goal and shot 0-9 to the left of him in the 66 minute. The supporters of Urbs LC booed when Nascente do Leça was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Timóteo Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball.
