Poetass FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Arturo Celino kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Amílton Paraíba showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Miguel Abuelo in the 13th minute of the match. Poetass FC's Amílton Paraíba proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Poetass FC from getting a goal against them. 25 minutes into the game, Psycho-Circus's Marcelino Lartaun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Amílton Paraíba made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. If Carolo Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Dário Pernambucano fell near the penalty area in the 29th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Poetass FC's protests and gave Dário Pernambucano a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Poetass FC's Dário Pernambucano got a free kick in the 29th minute. 30 minutes into the match, Psycho-Circus's Emiliano Acuña sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Amílton Paraíba narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Psycho-Circus's supporters rose to their feet, but Emiliano Acuña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amílton Paraíba breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Cafu Zonta hit a great ball. In the 44th minute, Rolando Koldo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rolando Koldo struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Amílton Paraíba didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Psycho-Circus. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Miguel Abuelo to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Poetass FC defense, Rolando Koldo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Amílton Paraíba. The Poetass FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Amílton Paraíba should have stopped the shot. Amílton Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Tanio in the 54th minute of play. Ernani Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Paul Stanley made a huge save. Psycho-Circus's Paul Stanley played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ernani Mendes in the 58th minute of play. Poetass FC's Amílton Paraíba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Abuelo in the 60th minute of play. Psycho-Circus's Rolando Koldo got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Amílton Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcelino Lartaun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Psycho-Circus fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Carolo Tanio took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Amílton Paraíba. Amílton Paraíba dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. A collision led to Poetass FC getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Cássio de Senna hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Emiliano Acuña shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amílton Paraíba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amílton Paraíba made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Miguel Abuelo in the 80th minute of play. Amílton Paraíba took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carolo Tanio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Psycho-Circus's Marcelino Lartaun was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Amílton Paraíba in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Carolo Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes of play, Psycho-Circus's Miguel Abuelo made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Amílton Paraíba was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Psycho-Circus's Raul Roland got a free kick in the 91st minute. Psycho-Circus's Paul Stanley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Psycho-Circus from getting a goal against them. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Psycho-Circus fully deserved thier win.
