The referee felt a red card was in order, 19 minutes into the game, when Maximo Fernendo put in a rough tackle. The supporters of Astral booed when Psycho-Circus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Psycho-Circus's Paul Stanley proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Psycho-Circus from getting a goal against them. Psycho-Circus's supporters crossed their fingers, but Miguel Abuelo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Astral players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
