Sportivo Mela Banco's Edgard Bottin managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Billy Fristedt in the 47 minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Loco Gatti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radamel Oakley, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 尹剑彬 could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Jan Lindström made a huge save. Loco Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Radamel Oakley in the 59th minute of play. Loco Gatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Toninho Lara, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Loco Gatti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Toninho Lara's shot from short distance in the 70th minute. In the 84th minute, Sportivo Mela Banco's 尹剑彬 dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Surahammar made a substitution. Victor Santxol replaced Toninho Lara. Adrian Kodzhabashev scored 2-1 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Loco Gatti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Sportivo Mela Banco defense, Victor Santxol kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Loco Gatti. The Sportivo Mela Banco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Loco Gatti should have stopped the shot.
