Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henrique de Lima started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Henrique de Lima sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Henrique de Lima took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Julio Vera. Julio Vera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Agustín Saelices in the 10th minute of the match. Daniel Zorita recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 17 minutes into the match, Donzela de Ferro FBPA's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Carlos Germano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Henrique de Lima dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Julio Vera, 2-0. 30 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Henrique de Lima. If Felix Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique de Lima in the 34th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Henrique de Lima in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. Carlos Germano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 38th minute of the match. Carlos Germano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Daniel Zorita's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. In the 45th minute, Primitivo Andino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Daniel Zorita made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Germano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Daniel Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Carlos Germano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Primitivo Andino during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Primitivo Andino to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Ecuador's zone, Henrique de Lima stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Julio Vera came out of the goal and Henrique de Lima tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Henrique de Lima in the 65th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donzela de Ferro FBPA's Carlos Germano proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Donzela de Ferro FBPA from getting a goal against them. Carlos Germano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Sancho's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. Ecuador's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Daniel Zorita in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute Ecuador were awarded a corner. Daniel Zorita went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Ecuador's corner Daniel Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Carlos Germano quite easily take care of the ball. César de Souza kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match, Daniel Zorita got a very nice opportunity to score, but Carlos Germano was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by César de Souza in the 91st minute of play. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, Víktor Peres put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Julio Vera.
