Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Cassius Byrne started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Nicanor Illan scored 1-0 in the 2nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marco Day, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marco Day showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luca Langoni in the 6th minute of the match. With a little luck, USA's Marco Day got control of the ball when Nicanor Illan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Luca Langoni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Alejandro Gai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marco Day made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Nicanor Illan sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, Pilar FC's Isaac Tristan got a free kick in the 29th minute. Sixto Luke showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cassius Byrne, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Aukusti Malinen kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the game, Monty Rogers cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Sixto Luke was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edward Mcdonald in the 42nd minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In a very dangerous position, a player in Pilar FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 43rd minute. Penalty! Sixto Luke had in the 44thth minute some difficulties stopping Cassius Byrne's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 46 minutes into the game, USA's Cassius Byrne nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sixto Luke made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. Pilar FC's Candido Hendrickx was substituted for Nicanor Illan. Pilar FC's Martin Benítez was substituted for Luca Langoni. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Candido Hendrickx made a kick off. Sixto Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Monty Rogers in the 55th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 58th minute of play forced Pilar FC's goalkeeper Sixto Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 65th minute of the game Raphael Moore made a throw-in which Cassius Byrne played forward. 66 minutes into the match, Pilar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Monty Rogers came free, but Sixto Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, USA's goal looked a bit too open when Candido Hendrickx came free, but Marco Day reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sixto Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Monty Rogers in the 69th minute of play. Sixto Luke made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Cassius Byrne sent off a good shot on target. Candido Hendrickx received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marco Day tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marco Day made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Candido Hendrickx in the 78th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Monty Rogers in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sixto Luke saved Pilar FC from getting behind. USA's Khalid Parry was substituted for Monty Rogers. In the 86th minute of the match USA got a corner. Pilar FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jenson Smith ran over to the corner to take the kick. Zach Harrison was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Sixto Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sam Campbell in the 90th minute. When Sam Campbell came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the USA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sam Campbell couldn't finish the play. 93 minutes into the match, Sam Campbell dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Sixto Luke, 1-3. Sixto Luke took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marco Baker, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match was over USA could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Pilar FC throughout the match.
