The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. JUVENTUS FC's 蒋振正 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Israel Gaza in the 21st minute of play. Lennart Hellström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Armando Monico made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lennart Hellström in the 27th minute of play forced Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Armando Monico to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, JUVENTUS FC's Otto Alves got a free kick in the 32nd minute. JUVENTUS FC's 蒋振正 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ali Modrić in the 33rd minute of play. Armando Monico made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Lennart Hellström sent off a good shot on target. In the 38th minute Cirilo Orain shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 蒋振正 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guiñazú FC's Armando Monico proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 39th minute of the match, managed to save Guiñazú FC from getting a goal against them. Cirilo Orain took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for 蒋振正. JUVENTUS FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The JUVENTUS FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Guiñazú FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lennart Hellström made a kick off. 54 minutes into the game, Halfdan Rosenmaj cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Armando Monico was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 蒋振正 made a fantastic save in the 58th minute, when Lisandro Pagomari sent off a good shot on target. When Stig-Arne Stenman fell near the penalty area in the 60th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored JUVENTUS FC's protests and gave Stig-Arne Stenman a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to JUVENTUS FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Stig-Arne Stenman hit a great ball. Cirilo Orain blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without 蒋振正 having to make a save. 63 minutes into the match, JUVENTUS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Millan came free, but 蒋振正 reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ali Modrić could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 64th minute of the match, but 蒋振正 made a huge save. In the 65th minute, Ali Modrić got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lennart Hellström in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Armando Monico prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 69 minutes had been played when some careless play by Guiñazú FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alket Bajrami was slow to take the kick. During this time JUVENTUS FC's players had a chance to rest. 蒋振正 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ali Modrić in the 73rd minute of the match. Armando Monico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Hellström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 蒋振正 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Israel Gaza in the 92nd minute of play. The supporters of JUVENTUS FC booed when Guiñazú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Millan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
