Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Cristian Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ecuador fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Jagger Kaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Daniel Zorita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jagger Kaine having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 20th minute, Cristian Sancho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Cristian Sancho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jagger Kaine breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristian Sancho in the 24th minute of play forced Rodborough's goalkeeper Jagger Kaine to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rodborough's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Zorita was slow to take the kick. During this time Ecuador's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Ecuador's Daniel Zorita to fire away a dangerous shot which Jagger Kaine despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Boguslaw Golaszewski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 30 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was László Kulcsár who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Buck Smalley got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Julio Vera quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Herbert Czempa struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Julio Vera didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rodborough. In the 33rd minute, Herbert Czempa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rodborough fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herbert Czempa, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. If Eddy Odd had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristian Sancho charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cristian Sancho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Sancho. After the first half Ecuador were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Herbert Czempa to make the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Rodborough's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Sancho came free, but Jagger Kaine reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 59 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Golaszewski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Jagger Kaine successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. If Daniel Zorita had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 81 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Boguslaw Golaszewski came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was László Kulcsár who took care of the corner kick. Cristian Sancho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 90th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Jagger Kaine tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jagger Kaine made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Daniel Zorita sent off a good shot on target.
