Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Witold Bycofski started the match with the kick off. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Witold Bycofski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 8th minute Daniel Zorita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Hajto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 13th minute Cristian Sancho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mateusz Hajto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Witold Bycofski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Julio Vera was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21stth minute of the game Daniel Zorita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nieciece's Mateusz Hajto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Mateusz Hajto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mateusz Hajto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Zorita, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Nieciece's Mateusz Hajto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 29th minute of play. Agustín Saelices fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateusz Hajto having to interfere. Mateusz Hajto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agustín Saelices in the 34th minute of play. Nieciece's Mateusz Hajto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis Andino in the 36th minute of play. Julio Vera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Bycofski in the 37th minute of the match. The supporters of Ecuador booed when Nieciece was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sotiris Bagasakos didn't get a good kick on the ball. 46 minutes into the match, Nieciece's Witold Bycofski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Daniel Zorita to strike the kick off in the second half. 50 minutes into the game, Samuel Wallengren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Nieciece's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ecuador the free kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Daniel Zorita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ecuador's supporters rose to their feet, but Daniel Zorita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Mateusz Hajto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Nieciece's Miromir Kazanowski was substituted for Cyryl Skonieczny. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Mateusz Hajto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luis Andino's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Mateusz Hajto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 73rd minute of play. In the 76th minute the ball was on its way in behind Nieciece's goalkeeper Mateusz Hajto, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Luis Andino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cristian Sancho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. A collision led to Nieciece getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Izydor Limanowski hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Nieciece's zone, Cristian Sancho stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mateusz Hajto came out of the goal and Cristian Sancho tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 86th match minute, Nieciece was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Izydor Limanowski to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Witold Bycofski's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. After 93 minutes of play, Ecuador's Daniel Zorita made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mateusz Hajto was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
