Kai Hammerslev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Illescas, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. After some careless play in the Venezuela defense, Johan Ostersen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jonathan Ferrant. The Venezuela fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jonathan Ferrant should have stopped the shot. In the 35th minute, Johan Ostersen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. In the 37th match minute, Venezuela was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Gisbert to maneuver through the defense. 41 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Ostersen. After 45 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Patricio Costa. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Johan Ostersen in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Johan Ostersen to strike the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Rosenhøj Boldklub's Johan Ostersen got a free kick in the 52nd minute. 59 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Johan Ostersen came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 59th minute Johan Ostersen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Rosenhøj Boldklub's goalkeeper Kai Hammerslev had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tomas Illescas. In the 70th match minute, Rosenhøj Boldklub was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aksel Noy to maneuver through the defense. Rosenhøj Boldklub made a substitution. Werner Walcan replaced Samuel Weltz. Aksel Noy kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. The supporters of Rosenhøj Boldklub booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Werner Walcan in the 84th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Patricio Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rosenhøj Boldklub had played much better football throughout.
