After 6 played minutes Seferihisar İdman Gücü got a freekick which was hit by Zafer Özçelik. After 12 minutes, Alberto Tafalla made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Bedrettin Münir tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Felix Luque hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Edmondo Melani in the 16th minute. Luke Puig fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Dante Lacasa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hjalmar Dahlbom in the 19th minute of the match. Bedrettin Münir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 21st minute of play. Luca Zorita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bedrettin Münir read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. In the 28th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bedrettin Münir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ceandro Belalcaraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bedrettin Münir showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alberto Tafalla, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Bedrettin Münir didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Joel Gaona went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Bedrettin Münir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 38th minute of the match. Bedrettin Münir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 39 minutes of play, Seferihisar İdman Gücü's Ceandro Belalcaraz made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Dante Lacasa was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 43rd minute.

Alberto Tafalla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 90th minute of the match, but Bedrettin Münir made a huge save. Alberto Tafalla who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 90thth minute tested the skills of Bedrettin Münir when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After 91 minutes, Edmondo Melani mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Seferihisar İdman Gücü and the Mexico players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luke Puig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
