Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edu Cardozo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 8 minutes, Victor Félix managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kröll BK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Félix was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience was convinced that Tomas Berganza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sebastián Trejos was relentless in the 14th minute of the game. The supporters of Kröll BK booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dylan Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th minute, Victor Félix reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Marcos Cotilla. The goal made the score 1-0. Victor Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 22nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 26 minutes, Marcos Cotilla successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 26 minutes into the match, Edu Cardozo notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Panama's Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Edu Cardozo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 31 minute of play. After 35 minutes of play, Panama's Tomas Berganza made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Sebastián Trejos was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Panama's Matthew Garrido got a free kick in the 38th minute. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Victor Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Victor Félix kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 4-1 in the 46 minute of play.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Tomas Berganza made a kick off. In the 51st match minute, Kröll BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Félix to maneuver through the defense. Kröll BK's Sebastián Trejos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Berganza in the 52nd minute of play. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edu Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edu Cardozo went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 5-1 was the resulting score. In the 64thth minute of the game Tomas Berganza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kröll BK's Sebastián Trejos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 65 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kröll BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Abraham Alguacil was slow to take the kick. During this time Panama's players had a chance to rest. Kröll BK's Jan Vennerlund was substituted for Victor Félix. After a rather tough play, Kröll BK's Aureliano Tejada got a free kick in the 67th minute. Miguel Miralles struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Sebastián Trejos didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. Sebastián Trejos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 72nd minute. After a rather tough play, Kröll BK's Benet Añe got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Edu Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edu Cardozo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 86 minutes of play, Kröll BK's Edu Cardozo made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Abraham Alguacil recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 91st minute Jan Vennerlund shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Panama's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
