Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Marcus Batista sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Marcus Batista tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tomas Berganza struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Kong Gang Zhan didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Panama. With 14 minutes on the clock, Felipe Ros commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After a rather tough play, Panama's Felipe Ros got a free kick in the 15th minute. After having played for 16 minutes, Felipe Branco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cremonese FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Felipe Branco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Panama's Abraham Alguacil got a free kick in the 18th minute. The supporters of Panama booed when Cremonese FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alfredão Cosme didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Batista in the 23rd minute. Marcus Batista could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Marcos Cotilla made a huge save. When Panama's Tomas Berganza in the 28th minute got a chance for a shot 28th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Kong Gang Zhan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Kong Gang Zhan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomas Berganza, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After having played for 42 minutes, Tomas Berganza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Panama's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Berganza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marcos Cotilla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcus Batista in the 43rd minute. Tomas Berganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Batista stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Panama's Tomas Berganza got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 55th minute. Cremonese FC's Kong Gang Zhan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidoro Sarmiento in the 57th minute of play. Tomas Berganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kong Gang Zhan having to interfere. 60 minutes into the game, Marcus Batista cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Marcos Cotilla was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tomas Berganza received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Kong Gang Zhan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 70th minute Alfredão Cosme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Yasar Bonnemain struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Marcos Cotilla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cremonese FC. Cremonese FC's Felipe Lara was substituted for Alfredão Cosme. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcus Batista in the 78th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th minute of the match Panama got a corner. Cremonese FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Abraham Alguacil ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Miguel Miralles managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Marcos Cotilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yasar Bonnemain, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. Kong Gang Zhan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 90th minute of play. Marcos Cotilla came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Cremonese FC's Marcus Batista. But to his dismay, Marcus Batista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cremonese FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panama for a fine match.
