Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Botinho FC's Bernardinho Penha started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. A collision led to Botinho FC getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Dadá Falcão hit a great ball. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tanek Lichorobiec in the 3rd minute of play. In the 4th minute FC Szombry were awarded a corner. Tanek Lichorobiec went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on FC Szombry's corner Tanek Lichorobiec fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hílton Magalhães quite easily take care of the ball. Hílton Magalhães took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teofil Giertych, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Dorival Vinhas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 20 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teofil Giertych came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, Teofil Giertych notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães. Hílton Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Szombry's Janusz Tomaka played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Sá in the 23rd minute of play. With 28 minutes on the clock, Dadá Falcão commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 28 minutes into the game, one of Botinho FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Tanek Lichorobiec shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Hílton Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jakub Gabis in the 32nd minute of the match. Janusz Tomaka came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Botinho FC's Dorival Vinhas. But to his dismay, Dorival Vinhas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Hílton Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teofil Giertych, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. After 41 minutes Botinho FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tanek Lichorobiec who took care of the corner kick. At last the ball reached Jakub Gabis at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of Botinho FC. 2-2. The supporters of Botinho FC booed when FC Szombry was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jerzy Czciborek didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, FC Szombry's Janusz Tomaka got control of the ball when Elder Sarmento tried to sneak it across the goal line.
The wind increased when Jakub Gabis made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute Teofil Giertych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bernardinho Penha kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Cássio Sá made a precise shot to the right of Janusz Tomaka. FC Szombry's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. In the 66th minute, Dorival Vinhas made a precise shot to the right of Janusz Tomaka. Igor Tarka kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Szombry's zone, Dorival Vinhas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Janusz Tomaka came out of the goal and Dorival Vinhas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Janusz Tomaka showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cássio Sá in the 84th minute of the match. In the 88th minute Teofil Giertych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When FC Szombry's Teofil Giertych in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botinho FC's goalie prevented a goal. After some careless play in the FC Szombry defense, Cássio Sá kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Janusz Tomaka. The FC Szombry fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Janusz Tomaka should have stopped the shot. Botinho FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
