Hanjo Cyrkel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 7th minute, Hanjo Cyrkel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jakub Gabis got free with Burkhard Kofler in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tino von Fraunhofen kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. When Hanjo Cyrkel came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Borussia Ostermoordorf fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hanjo Cyrkel couldn't finish the play. In the 20th minute, Victor Jensen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jakub Gabiss short, quick shot in the 25thth minute got Burkhard Kofler to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Hanjo Cyrkel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Hanjo Cyrkel left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 32 played minutes Borussia Ostermoordorf got a freekick which was hit by Xu Jing Xun. In the 40th minute, Tomáš Szedlák hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 41 minutes into the match, Tanek Lichorobiec notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Borussia Ostermoordorf's Burkhard Kofler. Burkhard Kofler was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 46 minutes into the game, Borussia Ostermoordorf's Hanjo Cyrkel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Janusz Tomaka made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The FC Szombry players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Borussia Ostermoordorf were winning 1-4.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hanjo Cyrkel made a kick off. In the 54th minute Teofil Giertych shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Burkhard Kofler saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Janusz Tomaka made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hanjo Cyrkel in the 55th minute. Hanjo Cyrkel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Janusz Tomaka tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Igor Bialakowski hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. After 62nd play minutes Victor Jensen shot 1-5, a short shot which went by Janusz Tomaka and just under the crossbar into goal. Borussia Ostermoordorf's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Jensen was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 84th minute, Victor Jensen left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Borussia Ostermoordorf fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-6. After 90 played minutes FC Szombry got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Skarpiak. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Borussia Ostermoordorf had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
