Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Enrique Cassaretto took the ball and in the 5 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hílton Magalhães. Hílton Magalhães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 7 minutes into the match, Enrique Cassaretto notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães. Hílton Magalhães was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. CD Municipal's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Lucas Huidobro in the 13th minute. The corner ended in Lucas Huidobro almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães did a great save. In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 21st minute Dorival Vinhas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Forsyth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Botinho FC's zone, Enrique Cassaretto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hílton Magalhães came out of the goal and Enrique Cassaretto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Tulio Andinyach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hílton Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tulio Andinyach in the 26th minute of the match. Hílton Magalhães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Cassaretto, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 29 played minutes Botinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Ortiz. In the 31st minute Enrique Cassaretto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hílton Magalhães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes, Fernandinho Fantini mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Botinho FC and the CD Municipal players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 33 played minutes Botinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Fernandinho Fantini. 36 minutes had been played when some careless play by Botinho FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lucas Huidobro was slow to take the kick. During this time CD Municipal's players had a chance to rest. After a rather tough play, Botinho FC's Dorival Ortiz got a free kick in the 37th minute. If Enrique Cassaretto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Cassaretto in the 41st minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute, Enrique Cassaretto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hílton Magalhães was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. 46 minutes into the game, Enrique Cassaretto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Hílton Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Disappointed in the 0-4 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Dorival Vinhas was the one to do the kick off. The supporters of CD Municipal booed when Botinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dorival Ortiz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Cassaretto came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 58 played minutes Botinho FC got a freekick which was hit by Dorival Ortiz. Dorival Ortiz hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. CD Municipal's Ryota Miyagi got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Oalo Dean had several of the Botinho FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 62 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-5 score and a disappointed Hílton Magalhães as he didn't even see the shot coming. Oalo Dean came free with the goalkeeper in the 67th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Hílton Magalhães could save by the left post. Hílton Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Oalo Dean in the 68th minute of the match. With a little luck, Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães got control of the ball when Oalo Dean tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hílton Magalhães made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oalo Dean in the 75th minute. Oalo Deans short, quick shot in the 76thth minute got Hílton Magalhães to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oalo Dean in the 80th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hílton Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When CD Municipal's Oalo Dean in the 80th minute got a chance for a shot 80th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Botinho FC's goalie prevented a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oalo Dean in the 80th minute of play forced Botinho FC's goalkeeper Hílton Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Oalo Dean in the 82nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hílton Magalhães prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to CD Municipal getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Ryota Miyagi hit a great ball. CD Municipal's Oliver Ramon quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Antônio Carlos Branco, made in the 87th minute of the game. Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ryota Miyagi in the 89th minute of play. After some careless play in the Botinho FC defense, Ryota Miyagi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hílton Magalhães. The Botinho FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hílton Magalhães should have stopped the shot. Ryota Miyagi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Hílton Magalhães made a huge save. Hílton Magalhães was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Oalo Dean capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Oalo Dean really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. The CD Municipal supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing CD Municipal would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
