The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-1 at half-time.

Yunus Mahşer hit a great ball. Amílton Dantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Oalo Dean's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oalo Dean in the 95th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amílton Dantas saved Grêmio Meia Praia from getting behind. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CD Municipal had won after a very even match.
