The supporters of Fire Breathers FC booed when Botinho FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cássio Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. Teodovico Javia might have been able to make a better finish in the 23rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hílton Magalhães. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. But to his dismay, Teodovico Javia quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5. 38 minutes into the game, Teodovico Javia cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Hílton Magalhães was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Botinho FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Fire Breathers FC were winning 0-6.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Teodovico Javia was the one to do the kick off. In the 51stth minute of the game Teodovico Javia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Botinho FC's Hílton Magalhães was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 55 minutes into the match, Botinho FC's goal looked a bit too open when Teodovico Javia came free, but Hílton Magalhães reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Botinho FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ander Mees ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Fire Breathers FC's corner Ander Mees fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Hílton Magalhães quite easily take care of the ball. Cássio Sá hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Fire Breathers FC's Teodovico Javia got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
