In the 13thth minute of the game Matthias Vall who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Enrique Theobald made a great header on Acratas Unidos's corner, it was just that Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas managed to reach the ball for a save. Acratas Unidos's Carlitos Parodi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Acratas Unidos from getting a goal against them. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Matthias Vall in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amílton Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A well-hit corner resulted in Margus Paukson heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. In the 81st minute Acratas Unidos were awarded a corner. Enrique Theobald went to the cornerflag to take it. Matthias Vall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carlitos Parodi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amador Menendo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Juan Isaio's late challenge caught a Acratas Unidos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Isaio helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Isaio hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Acratas Unidos made a substitution. Ramiro Niva replaced Enrique Theobald. Juan Isaio kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. If Matthias Vall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas got control of the ball when Esteban Belo tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 96 minutes, Esteban Belo made it 2-2 with a short kick to the right side. Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Acratas Unidos were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Grêmio Meia Praia to leave the ground with a draw.
