Julian Murillo took the ball and in the 12 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cesare Cardillo. Cesare Cardillo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. In the 14th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cesare Cardillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Lechuguitas F.C.'s Hélio Nascimento slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Rolando Noboa. That made the score 1-1 after 18 minutes of play. Cesare Cardillo came out of the goal in the 26th minute to try and stop a shot by Peru's Julian Murillo. But to his dismay, Julian Murillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. Moises Gayoso got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Eliseo Mina. Cesare Cardillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 47th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

In the 53rd minute 于阳朋 shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rolando Noboa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseo Mina got free with Cesare Cardillo in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Julian Murillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 59th minute of the match, but Cesare Cardillo made a huge save. Lechuguitas F.C.'s Leonardo Paz was substituted for Victorio Modestio. Cesare Cardillo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julian Murillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. Cesare Cardillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Julian Murillo in the 86th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luz Tejedor got free with Cesare Cardillo in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Peru's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
