Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luo Ying Liang kicked off to start the match. 6 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Staffan Nyberg came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luo Ying Liang, who was totally free with the ball in the 7th minute. AFA Club were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after Ecuador's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Staffan Nyberg took the corner. A collision led to AFA Club getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Reynaldo Paraibano hit a great ball. Enrico Longo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 11th minute of the match. Enrico Longo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Arnaldo Naldo took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Julio Vera to make any attempt to save it. Enrico Longo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Sancho in the 44th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Daniel Zorita stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ernani Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Enrico Longo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristian Sancho in the 54th minute. Primitivo Andino hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. 58 minutes into the match, AFA Club's Luo Ying Liang sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Julio Vera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Luis Andino took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Enrico Longo. Enrico Longo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. AFA Club's Enrico Longo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save AFA Club from getting a goal against them. 82 minutes into the match, AFA Club's goalkeeper Enrico Longo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Zorita. After 83 minutes of play, AFA Club's Staffan Nyberg made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Julio Vera was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luo Ying Liang in the 90th minute of play. Enrico Longo came out of the goal in the 96th minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Juan Sebastián Puig. But to his dismay, Juan Sebastián Puig quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. Despite being the better team, Ecuador failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
