Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Edmundo Espiga kicked off to start the match. 3 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alisson Goycochea narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Ezio Gøl in the 4thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Lautaro Navarro, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After 11 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Edmundo Espiga. 12 minutes into the match, Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ezio Gøl. 15 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's goal looked a bit too open when Sebastian Villa came free, but Alisson Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot 18 in the game by Ezio Gøl from a close distance when the talented Lautaro Navarro managed to make a qualified save. Honduras's players were relieved. When the match clock showed 18 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Ezio Gøl sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Nilmar de Souza blasted a shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. In the 21st minute, Fred Valencia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ezio Gøl in the 23rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fred Valencia in the 24th minute. When the match had gone on for 26 minutes, Ezio Gøl put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Nilmar de Souza hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. A collision led to INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Nilmar de Souza hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ezio Gøl in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. In the 46th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emanuel Ocampo to maneuver through the defense. In the 47th minute the ball was on its way in behind Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

After 50 played minutes Honduras got a freekick which was hit by Luca Espinar. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ezio Gøl in the 54th minute of the match. Ezio Gøl recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some careless play in the Honduras defense, Ezio Gøl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. The Honduras fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lautaro Navarro should have stopped the shot. The audience was convinced that Nilmar de Souza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lautaro Navarro was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. Ezio Gøl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 66thth minute of the game Fred Valencia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 68 minutes into the match, INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Espiga came free, but Alisson Goycochea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alisson Goycochea came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Honduras's Edmundo Espiga. But to his dismay, Edmundo Espiga quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Geovanni Ramalho managed to get in a good position for a shot. INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovanni Ramalho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Navarro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 74 played minutes INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA got a freekick which was hit by Leonel Xavier. Nilmar de Souza took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lautaro Navarro. Lautaro Navarro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Ramalho in the 83rd minute of the match. Edmundo Espiga's late challenge caught a INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edmundo Espiga helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Espiga to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Honduras booed when INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marek Lodowy didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The INTERNACIONAL DA BAHIA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Honduras had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
