Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tomas Berganza kicked off to start the match. Paolo Gimenez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 6th minute of play. In the 13th minute of the match Abraham Alguacil shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Gimenez showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 15th minute, Tomas Berganza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Panama fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 21st minute of play forced AgroVet United's goalkeeper Paolo Gimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Niceto Bonadona charged in rather forcefully in the 24th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Niceto Bonadona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 24 played minutes AgroVet United got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Bonadona. The AgroVet United fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when AgroVet United's Joaquin Eufemio looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The crowd rose to their feet as Basilio Jaizki kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Marcos Cotilla. That made the score 2-2 in the 29 minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Gimenez prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Marcos Cotilla showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Basilio Jaizki in the 40th minute of the match. Braulio Elivareo might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcos Cotilla. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Panama's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Berganza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Gimenez breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Braulio Elivareo was the one to do the kick off. In the 56th minute, Panama's Tomas Berganza dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basilio Jaizki in the 64th minute of play. After some careless play in the Panama defense, Basilio Jaizki kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Cotilla. The Panama fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Cotilla should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Panama's Dylan Sarmiento got a free kick in the 70th minute. 73 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 3-4, to the right of AgroVet United's Paolo Gimenez. Paolo Gimenez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Casimiro Eneas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Marcos Cotilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The supporters of AgroVet United booed when Panama was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomas Berganza didn't get a good kick on the ball. AgroVet United's Paolo Gimenez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save AgroVet United from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Panama's Tomas Berganza got a free kick in the 85th minute. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Basilio Jaizki in the 90th minute of play. After 91 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Felipe Ros. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Casimiro Eneas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 94 played minutes Panama got a freekick which was hit by Aaron Barrios. The AgroVet United supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Panama's performance. The match ended with a win for Panama.
