Agostinho Bittencourt could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. After 32 minutes Venezuela's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Owen Gallagher who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Owen Gallagher got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Jonathan Ferrant quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Jonathan Venegas hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Vicente Ferris to make the kick off. A collision led to Jardim América FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Agostinho Bittencourt hit a great ball. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Jardim América FC.
