Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Herberto Caiado started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 3rdth minute of the game Herberto Caiado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tomas Illescas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Francisco Infante tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Herberto Caiado. Patrício Vasconcelos hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. Herberto Caiado might have been able to make a better finish in the 14th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Herberto Caiado ran back to his position shaking his head. Jose Correa kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. A collision led to Venezuela getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Patricio Costa hit a great ball. After 22 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Rigoberto Mina. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herberto Caiado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Herberto Caiado took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Jonathan Ferrant to make any attempt to save it. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Lima Team's Herberto Caiado. But to his dismay, Herberto Caiado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Anselmo Domingos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonathan Ferrant came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Lima Team's Jacob Barroso. But to his dismay, Jacob Barroso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. With a little luck, Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant got control of the ball when Anselmo Domingos tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 45th minute, Lima Team's Herberto Caiado ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jonathan Ferrant. Jonathan Ferrant yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Tomas Illescas made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 51st minute, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Venezuela's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomas Illescas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Infante breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Francisco Infante showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 58th minute Carlos Palmeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jonathan Ferrant saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 58 minutes, Jose Correa mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venezuela and the Lima Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Venezuela's Jose Correa got a free kick in the 59th minute. The supporters of Lima Team booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Patricio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lima Team getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Raimundo Cerqueira hit a great ball. After having played for 66 minutes, Tomas Illescas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Venezuela's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomas Illescas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Herberto Caiado, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. With his leg Francisco Infante managed to avoid a goal in the 70thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Herberto Caiado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Herberto Caiado in the 75th minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Herberto Caiado in the 78th minute of play. Tomas Illescas kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Jacob Barroso kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. With his leg Francisco Infante managed to avoid a goal in the 86thth minute, when Venezuela's Tomas Illescas fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Jonathan Ferrant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacob Barroso in the 90th minute of the match. Francisco Infante made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herberto Caiado in the 96th minute of play. There was no doubt that Lima Team were the better team. Lima Team's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
