Dobri Koks showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Seco in the 18th minute of the match. Dobri Koks showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Krzysztof Wodaszak hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Joaquin Gayoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edílson Souza in the 36th minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Edílson Souza notched a goal, 5-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Krzysztof Dziewedik made in the 42nd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Uruguay's Arturo Carvallo. After a rather tough play, Fifth Chicken's Krzysztof Dziewedik got a free kick in the 47th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Francisco Seco stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edílson Souza in the 53rd minute of play forced Uruguay's goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 54 minutes Uruguay's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kazimierz Sliwinski who took care of the corner kick. Fifth Chicken's Kazimierz Sliwinski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Joaquin Gayoso in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 56th minute, Edílson Souza made a precise shot to the right of Joaquin Gayoso. Uruguay's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-0. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edílson Souza, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. After 68 minutes of play, Fifth Chicken's Edílson Souza made it 7-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. In the 90th match minute, Uruguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arturo Carvallo to maneuver through the defense. If Waldemar Tipinski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
