The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Stephen Clapham stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Stickleback Utd Xl's Sly Collier got control of the ball when Daniel Zorita tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stephen Clapham in the 56th minute of play. Sly Collier showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Zorita in the 66th minute of the match. In the 96th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stickleback Utd Xl's goalkeeper Sly Collier, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 97th minute, Richie Byfield hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
