Felix Luque hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. When Jakub Jaszcz fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Club Atletico Juanita's protests and gave Jakub Jaszcz a yellow card for diving instead. After 4 played minutes Club Atletico Juanita got a freekick which was hit by Jakub Jaszcz. Mexico's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Joel Gaona in the 6th minute. The corner led Mexico's Joel Gaona to fire away a dangerous shot which Petrică Ştefoi despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Club Atletico Juanita's Petrică Ştefoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 13th minute of play. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Merexildo in the 17th minute of play. Epifanio Orlan scored 1-2 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dante Lacasa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 24th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 25th minute of play forced Club Atletico Juanita's goalkeeper Petrică Ştefoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dante Lacasa didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Club Atletico Juanita's Epifanio Orlan shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. Petrică Ştefoi yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-4. The supporters of Mexico booed when Club Atletico Juanita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Reynaldo Merexildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 63rd minute Facundo Cadaval shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petrică Ştefoi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Epifanio Orlan, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. 2-5 became the score in the 74th minute when Joel Gaona elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Petrică Ştefoi showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 82nd minute of the match. Luca Zorita received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Petrică Ştefoi came out and tried to block the shot, but Luca Zorita slotted it home off the left post making it 2-6 in the 87th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Epifanio Orlan in the 93rd minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico played a much better game than Club Atletico Juanita and deserved their victory. The Club Atletico Juanita players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
