In the 53rd play minute Eduardo Fontirroig came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Gavino Cordarrol. 0-4. In the 58th minute of the match, Eduardo Fontirroig tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Gavino Cordarrol saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Gavino Cordarrol showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Chicote, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the match, NECKER49's goalkeeper Gavino Cordarrol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alfonso de la Cruz. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Salvador Cortez during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Bolivia booed when NECKER49 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Cortez didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 96th minute Alfredo Ferrant shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gavino Cordarrol saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bolivia's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
