The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Marco Colipi made in the 7th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Romeo Bermúdez however managed to control. After 9 played minutes U. de Tarapacá got a freekick which was hit by Marco Colipi. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marco Colipi during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kartal Başar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Uriel Diaz Montero made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kartal Başar in the 13th minute. In the 18th minute, Kartal Başar fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Kartal Başar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Uriel Diaz Montero having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Kartal Başar got free with Uriel Diaz Montero in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some careless play in the U. de Tarapacá defense, Kartal Başar kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Uriel Diaz Montero. The U. de Tarapacá fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Uriel Diaz Montero should have stopped the shot. Uriel Diaz Montero made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Kartal Başar sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartal Başar in the 35th minute of play forced U. de Tarapacá's goalkeeper Uriel Diaz Montero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Uriel Diaz Montero was a little too slow when Kartal Başar got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Kartal Başar made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Kartal Başar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Uriel Diaz Montero was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. U. de Tarapacá's Juan José J.J. was substituted for Romeo Bermúdez. Xalvador Quijada made in the 58th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Quentín Saravia. If Juan José J.J. had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ricardo Hendrickx took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lolo Alveal, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 63 minutes, Xalvador Quijada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U. de Tarapacá and the Twierdza Osowiec players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Twierdza Osowiec booed when U. de Tarapacá was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xalvador Quijada didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 65th minute Kartal Başar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Uriel Diaz Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Twierdza Osowiec's Faustino Cordaryal got a free kick in the 66th minute. Kartal Başar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Uriel Diaz Montero read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. If Kartal Başar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kartal Başar in the 72nd minute of play forced U. de Tarapacá's goalkeeper Uriel Diaz Montero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Xalvador Quijada made in the 77th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Quentín Saravia immediately put the ball in play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juan José J.J. got free with Ricardo Hendrickx in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 83 minutes into the match, Kartal Başar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Uriel Diaz Montero. U. de Tarapacá's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kartal Başar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. After 87 played minutes Twierdza Osowiec got a freekick which was hit by Jaap Stam. Uriel Diaz Montero came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Twierdza Osowiec's Kartal Başar. But to his dismay, Kartal Başar quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. After a rather tough play, U. de Tarapacá's Xalvador Quijada got a free kick in the 94th minute. Twierdza Osowiec's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Pepo Orihuela in the 96th minute. A nice corner shot did that Pepo Orihuela got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Uriel Diaz Montero quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save.

Twierdza Osowiec walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
