Valério dos Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Tome Campoamor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, FC Barrera 2.0's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Cao came free, but Thomás Travassos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tome Campoamor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Xavier, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Isidoro Mangas kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute, Turi Montaña hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. When FC Barrera 2.0's Valério dos Santos in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. FC Barrera 2.0's Thomás Travassos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luis-Javier Alavedra in the 82nd minute of play. Tome Campoamor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Xavier in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Jonathan Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 95 played minutes FC Barrera 2.0 got a freekick which was hit by Thiago de Castro. Both players had fought hard during the second half to keep the score at 0-0. The tie meant more entertainment for the crowd as the match moved into extra-time.

All the players looked a little tired when it was time for the first half of the overtime. It was VILLARREAL UNITED's Isidoro Mangas that got to make the kick off. Thomás Travassos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luis-Javier Alavedra in the 99th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in FC Barrera 2.0's zone, Luis-Javier Alavedra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomás Travassos came out of the goal and Luis-Javier Alavedra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Osvaldo Vianna took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 105th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tome Campoamor. VILLARREAL UNITED's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 109th minute, Osvaldo Vianna made a precise shot to the right of Tome Campoamor. VILLARREAL UNITED's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Barrera 2.0 had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
