Spectators: 484 (Terracing: 364, Seating: 111, VIP seats: 9) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ali Faruk Serim kicked off to start the match. Menderes Tekdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturalp Özdener in the 4th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ali Faruk Serim in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Şadi Cihaner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 11th match minute, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by İshak Gökçek to maneuver through the defense. Ali Faruk Serim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Mustafa Necati Başok could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Şadi Cihaner made a huge save. The throw-in from Erdem Vasfi in the 19th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's İshak Gökçek. 24 minutes into the game, Ata Türkoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Menderes Tekdoğan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Menderes Tekdoğan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ata Türkoğlu in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Baturalp Özdener got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute, Edip Demirtekin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Şadi Cihaner came out and tried to block the shot, but Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 40th minute. Menderes Tekdoğan showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mete Gazov, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ata Türkoğlu to make the kick off. Ata Türkoğlu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 52ndth minute tested the skills of Menderes Tekdoğan when he managed to save the team from getting behind. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Baturalp Özdener in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Menderes Tekdoğan saved Sarı kaya FK from getting behind. In the 59th minute, Mansur Mansur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Ali Numan Akgöze was substituted for Babür Tekgül. Ali Faruk Serim recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Samim Özbilir was substituted for Ferman Sabri. After 66 played minutes Sarı kaya FK got a freekick which was hit by Mustafa Necati Başok. The supporters of Sarı kaya FK booed when Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Baturalp Özdener didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mustafa Necati Başok during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Baturalp Özdener recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 76 played minutes Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa got a freekick which was hit by Kubat Acıbadem. In the 79th minute Ahmet Ozan Şendoğan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Şadi Cihaner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Şadi Cihaner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mustafa Necati Başok in the 80th minute of play. Şadi Cihaner showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edip Demirtekin in the 83rd minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Sarı kaya FK's goal looked a bit too open when Ali Numan Akgöze came free, but Menderes Tekdoğan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sadettin Açıkalın hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Baturalp Özdener got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's Samim Özbilir got a free kick in the 97th minute.

The Sarı kaya FK supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa's performance. The match ended with a win for Erzincan MustafaKemalPaşa.
