Spectators: 571 (Terracing: 429, Seating: 131, VIP seats: 11) Ciruel Academy's Tio Cabezon started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Gilmar Cuadrillero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sporting Buceo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ciruel Academy the free kick. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Gilmar Cuadrillero got a free kick in the 4th minute. Vachon Camaño didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tio Cabezon went, in the 8th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Rufo Azofra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilmar Cuadrillero in the 12th minute of the match. In the 18th minute, Nardo Tuo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Pedro Navarro. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 27th minute, Ciruel Academy's Florentino Rodriguez seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Florentino Rodriguez the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Ciruel Academy protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Florentino Rodriguez had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 29th minute there was a penalty for Sporting Buceo. Sidoro Romeu stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Navarro. 2-1. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Sidoro Romeu got a free kick in the 34th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Ciruel Academy's José Puyol tried to score from far away in the 35th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Vachon Camaño made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Puyol in the 39th minute of play. Jaizki Colina could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Pedro Navarro made a huge save. The supporters of Ciruel Academy booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidoro Romeu didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 43rd minute, Nardo Tuo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vachon Camaño showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tio Cabezon, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Piearres Somiedo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Piearres Somiedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jaizki Colina's late challenge caught a Ciruel Academy's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jaizki Colina helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Ciruel Academy booed when Sporting Buceo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaizki Colina didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jaizki Colina kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Rufo Azofra kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Bartoleme Ceja hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Pedro Navarro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nardo Tuo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nardo Tuo in the 67th minute of the match. If Estebano Vuelta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a rather tough play, Sporting Buceo's Kismi Tojedo got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 79th minute, Kismi Tojedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 82nd minute of the match, Estebano Vuelta tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Vachon Camaño saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 83rd minute José Puyol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vachon Camaño saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kismi Tojedo hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Estebano Vuelta in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Vachon Camaño, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Estebano Vuelta took the ball and in the 92 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vachon Camaño. Vachon Camaño dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

After resting during the break, the players from both teams went out on the field looking very concentrated. It was now first half of the overtime. Estebano Vuelta made the kick off and play began. The Sporting Buceo supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ciruel Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Ciruel Academy.
