Nacho Gonzalez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enéas Vargas in the 8th minute of play. When Rafinha Cabral fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Florestal Futebol Clube's protests and gave Rafinha Cabral a yellow card for diving instead. Denílson Coutinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pablo Lizzio, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute.
