After some careless play in the Estrellas de Caballito defense, Silvério Pires kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Nunez Astudillo. The Estrellas de Caballito fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Nunez Astudillo should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Silvério Pires was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baltazar Nascimento in the 50th minute of play forced Estrellas de Caballito's goalkeeper Nunez Astudillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Silvério Pires in the 52nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. Primatas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tomé Almeida was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 92nd minute, Jailson Paraibano made a precise shot to the right of Nunez Astudillo. Estrellas de Caballito's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-1.

Primatas FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Estrellas de Caballito for a fine match.
