Tony Manerov scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Bogdan Gurgui, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Bogdan Gurgui showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laureano Harri in the 35th minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Deportivo Gamberro's Roman Reynardo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ferdinand Simionescu couldn't finish the play. 78 minutes into the match, F.C.BARLAD's goalkeeper Bogdan Gurgui had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ambrosio Kepa. In the 81st minute of the match, Niceto Perpinya tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bogdan Gurgui saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Bruno Pascal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ferdinand Simionescu in the 83rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Tony Manerov kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Bogdan Gurgui. That made the score 2-4 in the 87 minute of play. F.C.BARLAD's Bogdan Gurgui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niceto Perpinya in the 95th minute of play.

The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Deportivo Gamberro walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
