The supporters of Real Llull de Reus booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Robin Hagensted didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Raul Antón came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Real Llull de Reus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Raul Antón couldn't finish the play. In the 5th minute of the match Che Valdivia shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Strib Galacticos IF defense, Lancelot Astudillo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rikardt Kjeldsvig. The Strib Galacticos IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rikardt Kjeldsvig should have stopped the shot. Rikardt Kjeldsvig showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Raul Antón in the 18th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viggo Rungsø during the 19th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Real Llull de Reus booed when Strib Galacticos IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Viggo Rungsø didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 23rd minute Aarón Domingo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Cefero Gala cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Rikardt Kjeldsvig was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Lancelot Astudillo kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Hagensted got free with León Gala in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raul Antón in the 36th minute of play forced Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Rikardt Kjeldsvig to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Strib Galacticos IF's Rikardt Kjeldsvig played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lancelot Astudillo in the 39th minute of play. León Gala made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfred Dærup in the 40th minute of play. León Gala showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Dærup, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Orlo Puyol charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Orlo Puyol the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Raul Antón to make the kick off. Lancelot Astudillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig made a huge save. Rikardt Kjeldsvig stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raul Antón's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Rikardt Kjeldsvig showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lancelot Astudillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Real Llull de Reus's Polo Bouzas was substituted for Loreto Candamil. Viggo Rungsø hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Real Llull de Reus's Che Valdivia got a free kick in the 68th minute. After 72 minutes of play, Real Llull de Reus's Lancelot Astudillo made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rikardt Kjeldsvig was left in no man's land by his defense there! León Gala came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Strib Galacticos IF's Alfred Dærup. But to his dismay, Alfred Dærup quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. 78 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goalkeeper Rikardt Kjeldsvig had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Antón. The crowd rose to their feet as Cefero Gala kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rikardt Kjeldsvig. That made the score 1-4 in the 80 minute of play. In the 83rd match minute, Real Llull de Reus was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benvido Gómez to maneuver through the defense. Rikardt Kjeldsvig took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Antón, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the match, Strib Galacticos IF's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Antón came free, but Rikardt Kjeldsvig reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Strib Galacticos IF lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
