Magen David's Giora Hamburg quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Luis Cazalla, made in the 2nd minute of the game. In the 5th minute the ball was on its way in behind Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Colombia's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Xano Maaholm was slow to take the kick. During this time Magen David's players had a chance to rest. Colombia's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Marcus-Vinícius Berg 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Pedro Manzanares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Aki Pego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abram Sarmiento, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Giora Hamburg in the 22nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Magen David defense, Axel Montenegro kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aki Pego. The Magen David fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aki Pego should have stopped the shot. Aki Pego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Montenegro in the 30th minute of play. If Marcus-Vinícius Berg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marcus-Vinícius Berg in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Yu Liang Ao threw the ball into play from the sideline. Colombia's Antonio Indiano quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giora Hamburg in the 36th minute of play forced Colombia's goalkeeper Pedro Manzanares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After taking down the ball on Magen David's corner Lars Näfver fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Pedro Manzanares quite easily take care of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abram Sarmiento in the 40th minute of play forced Magen David's goalkeeper Aki Pego to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Magen David's Boyde Bleazard was substituted for Aksel Medelsheim. Magen David's Jedaiah Sakhai was substituted for Marcus-Vinícius Berg. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jedaiah Sakhai made a kick off. In the 54th minute, Yu Liang Ao hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 55 played minutes Magen David got a freekick which was hit by Lars Näfver. In the 58th minute, Axel Montenegro reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aki Pego. The goal made the score 1-2. With a little luck, Magen David's Aki Pego got control of the ball when Pascual Carballar tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aki Pego was out of position in the 63 minute of play, and Pascual Carballar capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Pascual Carballar really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The supporters of Magen David booed when Colombia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Abram Sarmiento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Colombia made a substitution. Abram Secada replaced Axel Montenegro. Colombia made a substitution. Ignacio Mastache replaced Abram Sarmiento. Abram Sarmiento hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. 72 minutes into the match, Magen David's Jedaiah Sakhai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jedaiah Sakhai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Pedro Manzanares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jedaiah Sakhai in the 75th minute of play. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedaiah Sakhai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Magen David's Giora Hamburg got a good chance for a goal in the 80th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Magen David's defense didn't have a chance, in the 82nd minute, when Kevin Mastache scored to the left of an out of position Aki Pego, making the score, 2-4. If Ignacio Mastache had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Manzanares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jedaiah Sakhai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 92 minutes into the match, Magen David's Jedaiah Sakhai sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pedro Manzanares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Magen David were awarded a corner in the 94th minute after Colombia's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Jedaiah Sakhai took the corner. The corner led to Magen David's Lars Näfver getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Jedaiah Sakhai had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Pedro Manzanares. Colombia's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jedaiah Sakhai was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-4. The Magen David supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Colombia's performance. The match ended with a win for Colombia.
