With an extended leg and a bit of luck Julio Vera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 74th minute of play. Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 75th minute after LA LUZ F.C.'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Miguel Ángel Torres was out of position in the 78 minute of play, and Cristian Sancho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Cristian Sancho really showed his touch with that goal: 4-1. LA LUZ F.C.'s Miguel Ángel Torres proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 81st minute of the match, managed to save LA LUZ F.C. from getting a goal against them. A collision led to LA LUZ F.C. getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Victor Pietro hit a great ball. In the 86thth minute of the game Atilla Açıkalın who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Jailson Britto made a precise shot to the right of Julio Vera. Ecuador's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-1. Ecuador's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because LA LUZ F.C. had won, even though Ecuador had held more of the ball.
