Pan De Wen made in the 6th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FÊNIX F.C.'s Kauã Moreno. In the 9th minute, Douglas Raes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alfredo Paraibano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dino Maquiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Jailson Favoretto kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. In the 16th minute of the match Leonides Blasi sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Alfredo Paraibano skillfully saved the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Lertxun in the 17th minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Alfredo Paraibano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FÊNIX F.C.'s Kauã Moreno managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pan De Wen in the 20 minute of the game. 22 minutes into the game, Kickers United's Jorge Reijnders nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alfredo Paraibano made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After having played for 25 minutes, Douglas Raes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kickers United's supporters crossed their fingers, but Douglas Raes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Bengt Bouchard kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Cederik Huts. That made the score 1-1 in the 27 minute of play. In the 29th minute Dino Maquiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Paraibano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FÊNIX F.C. getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Marquinhos Teixeira hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the game, one of Kickers United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the match had been going on for 39 minutes, FÊNIX F.C.'s Marquinhos Teixeira got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Cederik Huts. Blas Lertxun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Alfredo Paraibano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bengt Bouchard struck a weak shot in the 45th minute. Cederik Huts didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FÊNIX F.C.. In the 47th minute, Evaristo Martins hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Paraibano came out of the goal in the 48th minute to try and stop a shot by Kickers United's Jorge Reijnders. But to his dismay, Jorge Reijnders quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. The score stood at 2-2 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Dino Maquiano made the kick off in the second half. Jorge Reijnders's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Paraibano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 54th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FÊNIX F.C.'s Evaristo Martins got a free kick in the 61st minute. 64 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Dino Maquiano came free, but Alfredo Paraibano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jorge Reijnders's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Alfredo Paraibano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 80th minute of play. Kickers United made a substitution. Dionisio Gartzi replaced Iwan Banach. Kickers United made a substitution. Lode Rouvroys replaced Jorge Reijnders. Cederik Huts took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marquinhos Teixeira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 91 played minutes Kickers United got a freekick which was hit by Pan De Wen. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
