But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qian Chao Tian couldn't finish the play. The audience was convinced that I Putu í Lon Jacobsen's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Baldomiro Txindoki was relentless in the 12th minute of the game. After having played for 15 minutes, Gigel Horhoianu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hannes Dresdner came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's Orçun Yalınalp. But to his dismay, Orçun Yalınalp quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Black Dragons from getting a goal against them. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Luican in the 31st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers I Putu í Lon Jacobsen in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Baldomiro Txindoki saved FC UNIREA Alba Iulia from getting behind. When the match clock showed 32 minutes, the score became 2-1 when I Putu í Lon Jacobsen sped through FC UNIREA Alba Iulia's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Baldomiro Txindoki. I Putu í Lon Jacobsen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 40th minute, Qian Chao Tian reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hannes Dresdner. The goal made the score 3-1. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-1 at half-time.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Orçun Yalınalp in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hannes Dresdner prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Wilson Arósio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Dresdner having to interfere. Hannes Dresdner made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eric Luican in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Black Dragons got a freekick which was hit by Folke Alebäck. In the 81st minute, Qian Chao Tian made a precise shot to the right of Hannes Dresdner. Black Dragons's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-1. In the 85th minute Wilson Arósio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hannes Dresdner saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Black Dragons's Hannes Dresdner played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dilaver Tunçhan in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Arósio in the 89th minute of play forced Black Dragons's goalkeeper Hannes Dresdner to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 91 minutes into the match, Black Dragons's goal looked a bit too open when Orçun Yalınalp came free, but Hannes Dresdner reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
