The tension between the Club Vertigo and the Düsseldorf FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Damian Tirulescu kicked well hit freekick during the 2nd minute of the match. The Düsseldorf FC fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when Düsseldorf FC's Humberto Egoi looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Düsseldorf FC's Feliciano Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute Well-Well Benne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ovidiu Caranfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Egoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Well-Well Benne came free, but Feliciano Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 28 minutes Düsseldorf FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Wang Jun Bo who took care of the corner kick. In the 51st minute, Ştefan Panțuru ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliciano Horado was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Feliciano Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from He Feng Bin in the 64th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ştefan Panțuru in the 76th minute of play forced Düsseldorf FC's goalkeeper Feliciano Horado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Nechifor Cucerdean hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match.
