In the 21st minute Alvaro Calvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Waclaw Dranka came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the ACR SA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waclaw Dranka couldn't finish the play. When Dalmacio Olivar fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Düsseldorf FC's protests and gave Dalmacio Olivar a yellow card for diving instead. ACR SA made a substitution. Kajetan Chwalkiewicz replaced Ibrahim Lebouvier. The supporters of ACR SA booed when Düsseldorf FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dalmacio Olivar didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute, Humberto Egoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 35 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Zorko Hendrickx came free, but Feliciano Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Zorko Hendrickx was the one to do the kick off. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save ACR SA from getting a goal against them. The crowd rose to their feet as Dalmacio Olivar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Roch Olchawa. That made the score 0-2 in the 60 minute of play. Roch Olchawa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alvaro Calvino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Düsseldorf FC's Feliciano Horado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred-Marc Firmino in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to ACR SA getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Ludomir Grucza hit a great ball. Roch Olchawa stood somewhat misplaced when Alvaro Calvino came free in front of goal and shot 0-3 to the left of him in the 69 minute. After a rather tough play, Düsseldorf FC's Dario Gartzea got a free kick in the 77th minute. Feliciano Horado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zorko Hendrickx in the 78th minute of the match. 79 minutes into the match, Düsseldorf FC's goal looked a bit too open when Fred-Marc Firmino came free, but Feliciano Horado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 82nd minute Zorko Hendrickx shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliciano Horado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Zorko Hendrickx ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Feliciano Horado was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. Feliciano Horado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred-Marc Firmino, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. If Humberto Egoi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Alvaro Calvino in the 90th play minute got the chance to kick a hard shot on goal from short distance neither the defense or Roch Olchawa kept up with the ball and suddenly the score was 1-4 when the ball slipped into goal inside the left pole. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Düsseldorf FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
