The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ovidiu Caranfil took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zorko Hendrickx, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vasile Iurea in the 8th minute of play. The supporters of ACR SA booed when Club Vertigo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vasile Iurea didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a little luck, Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil got control of the ball when Fred-Marc Firmino tried to sneak it across the goal line. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zorko Hendrickx in the 20th minute of play. He Feng Bin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Roch Olchawa read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. In the 31st minute Well-Well Benne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roch Olchawa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 38 minutes Club Vertigo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Zorko Hendrickx who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Club Vertigo's goalie and right to Kuddusî Tozan. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Club Vertigo's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Roch Olchawa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ysmael Celerain in the 41st minute of the match. 42 minutes into the match, Fred-Marc Firmino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. Club Vertigo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fred-Marc Firmino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. After some careless play in the Club Vertigo defense, Waclaw Dranka kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ovidiu Caranfil. The Club Vertigo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ovidiu Caranfil should have stopped the shot. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Well-Well Benne to strike the kick off in the second half. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by He Feng Bin in the 51st minute of play. In the 56th minute Fred-Marc Firmino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidiu Caranfil saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes had been played when some careless play by Club Vertigo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Zorko Hendrickx was slow to take the kick. During this time ACR SA's players had a chance to rest. Zorko Hendrickx made a great header on ACR SA's corner, it was just that Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil managed to reach the ball for a save. Well-Well Benne scored 2-1 in the 59th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roch Olchawa, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Well-Well Benne in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 64th minute by He Feng Bin got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. ACR SA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 65th minute, when He Feng Bin scored to the left of an out of position Roch Olchawa, making the score, 2-2. Waclaw Dranka hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. ACR SA's Roch Olchawa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save ACR SA from getting a goal against them. Club Vertigo's Ovidiu Caranfil played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fred-Marc Firmino in the 70th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ibrahim Lebouvier during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Roch Olchawa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Well-Well Benne in the 72nd minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goal looked a bit too open when Well-Well Benne came free, but Roch Olchawa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 78 minutes into the match, Club Vertigo's Well-Well Benne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Roch Olchawa narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Zorko Hendrickx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Vasile Iurea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Vertigo's supporters rose to their feet, but Vasile Iurea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Roch Olchawa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If He Feng Bin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Well-Well Benne in the 88th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roch Olchawa saved ACR SA from getting behind. 89 minutes into the match, ACR SA's goalkeeper Roch Olchawa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by He Feng Bin. Fred-Marc Firmino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
