Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Santos Cebrian got the match started through his kick off. Gilberto Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rodrigo Lima having to interfere. Rodrigo Lima took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gilberto Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 9 played minutes Machados FC V2 got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Cobzar. In the 13th minute, Machados FC V2's Santos Cebrian ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Damian Fetor. Damian Fetor yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. When Machados FC V2's Tiger Argoud in the 16th minute got a chance for a shot 16th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Damian Fetor stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Santos Cebrian's shot from short distance in the 39th minute. Rodrigo Lima showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gilberto Leite in the 41st minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bengt Bouchard made a kick off. Damian Fetor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiger Argoud in the 53rd minute of play. Rodrigo Lima stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Bengt Bouchard's shot from short distance in the 58th minute. In the 60thth minute of the game Marquinhos Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Machados FC V2's Rodrigo Lima was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Iurie Cobzar's late challenge caught a FÊNIX F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iurie Cobzar helped the player get up and apologised. After 64 played minutes Machados FC V2 got a freekick which was hit by Iurie Cobzar. Machados FC V2 made a substitution. Bengt Bouchard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 74th minute of the match, but Rodrigo Lima made a huge save. Damian Fetor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Tham, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. When Paul Levițchi fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Machados FC V2's protests and gave Paul Levițchi a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of FÊNIX F.C. booed when Machados FC V2 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Levițchi didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 78th minute, Paul Levițchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in FÊNIX F.C.'s zone, Santos Cebrian stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Damian Fetor came out of the goal and Santos Cebrian tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilberto Leite's late challenge caught a Machados FC V2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Oswaldo Vaz was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Machados FC V2 fully deserved thier win.
