The supporters of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA booed when EoDu Uai Sôccer was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doriva Porto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Amor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Horácio Domingues in the 41st minute of the match. Cícero da Costa who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Wilson Severo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Wilson Severo made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Sílvio Dantas sent off a good shot on target. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Horácio Domingues was the one to do the kick off. Angelo Mangueira hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the EoDu Uai Sôccer defense, Cícero da Costa kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Wilson Severo. The EoDu Uai Sôccer fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Wilson Severo should have stopped the shot. After having played for 56 minutes, Cícero da Costa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cícero da Costa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wilson Severo came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Sílvio Dantas. But to his dismay, Sílvio Dantas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Wilson Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cícero da Costa in the 66th minute of play. Arí Machado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 67th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Wilson Severo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Arí Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Wilson Severo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sílvio Dantas in the 79th minute of play. 84 minutes into the match, EoDu Uai Sôccer's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Dantas came free, but Wilson Severo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilson Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. EoDu Uai Sôccer's Wilson Severo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Dantas in the 88th minute of play.
