An unexpectedly hard shot by Durval Meireles in the 12th minute of play forced Royal Knights FC's goalkeeper Cristo Cordara to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 13 minutes Royal Knights FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mame Picka who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Chico Rodrigues managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Segundo Volante charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Volante the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 22 played minutes Royal Knights FC got a freekick which was hit by Segundo Volante. Durval Meireles struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Cristo Cordara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL.Sp. In the 28th minute of the match Carlos Lima sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Caio Penha skillfully saved the ball. After 29 minutes of play, Royal Knights FC's Hudson Pires made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Caio Penha was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cristo Cordara didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Durval Meireles went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Durval Meireles made a kick off. When Segundo Volante was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 54 minutes had been played. Segundo Volante kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when Royal Knights FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maurinho Tróia didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Royal Knights FC's Maurinho Tróia got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cristo Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mame Picka, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Cristóvão Valle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Penha having to interfere. Carlos Lima blasted a shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Caio Penha having to make a save. Caio Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristóvão Valle, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 66th minute Lon Lanteigne shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristo Cordara saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Lon Lanteigne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRASIL.Sp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. Cristo Cordara stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Durval Meireles's shot from short distance in the 75th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mailson Dal Bello in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristo Cordara saved Royal Knights FC from getting behind. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when Royal Knights FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlos Lima didn't get a good kick on the ball. BRASIL.Sp made a substitution. Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos replaced Durval Meireles. In the 82nd match minute, Royal Knights FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Lima to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 84 minutes, the score became 3-2 when Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos sped through Royal Knights FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Cristo Cordara. 86 minutes into the game, Arne Röspel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Royal Knights FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BRASIL.Sp the free kick.
