In the 24th minute, Breno Recife got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Arthur Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Breno Recife in the 26th minute of the match. Arthur Amorim made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Felippe Paranaense sent off a good shot on target. But to his dismay, Breno Recife quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 42 minutes into the match, Tiago Correia notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor. Melquiades Amor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 45th minute of the match, Breno Recife tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Arthur Amorim saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Breno Recife in the 47th minute of play forced Flying Dutch's goalkeeper Arthur Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Fonseca to strike the kick off in the second half. Zé Pedro Montenegro charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Pedro Montenegro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Flying Dutch's Arthur Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Breno Recife in the 96th minute of play. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ardwyad Vulcan in the 97th minute. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Ardwyad Vulcan was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arthur Amorim in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
