Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Arí Machado started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Facundo Guerrero got a free kick in the 6th minute. A collision led to Vasco Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Oswaldo das Neves hit a great ball. After 18 played minutes Vasco Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Baltazar Passos. Vasco Mineiro FC's Marcelo Vidal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Vasco Mineiro FC from getting a goal against them. In the 25th minute CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA were awarded a corner. Ardwyad Vulcan went to the cornerflag to take it. After having played for 28 minutes, Arí Machado managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arí Machado was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Flávio Sabóia fell near the penalty area in the 34th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Vasco Mineiro FC's protests and gave Flávio Sabóia a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Vasco Mineiro FC getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Flávio Sabóia hit a great ball. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Ardwyad Vulcan got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcelo Vidal came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Arí Machado. But to his dismay, Arí Machado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After 41 played minutes Vasco Mineiro FC got a freekick which was hit by Flávio Sabóia. 42 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Ardwyad Vulcan broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Arí Machado in the 44thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Marcelo Vidal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Arí Machados short, quick shot in the 44thth minute got Marcelo Vidal to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Arí Machado took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelo Vidal. Marcelo Vidal dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Robert Bambas hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Vinícius Esteves made a kick off. Melquiades Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Vinícius Esteves in the 52nd minute. Arí Machado scored 3-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcelo Vidal, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Vasco Mineiro FC's Arnaldo de Barros got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 58th minute of the match, Ardwyad Vulcan sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Marcelo Vidal showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. Marcelo Vidal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arí Machado in the 59th minute of play. Vasco Mineiro FC's Marcelo Vidal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cícero da Costa in the 63rd minute of play. Rene Sergi kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Marcelo Vidal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sílvio Dantas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cícero da Costa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Marcelo Vidal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arí Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Vidal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sílvio Dantas in the 77th minute of the match. Sílvio Dantas spun around in front of the goal 77 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Vasco Mineiro FC's goal. When Cícero da Costa fell near the penalty area in the 80th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's protests and gave Cícero da Costa a yellow card for diving instead. Cícero da Costa hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. After having played for 83 minutes, Frederico Lago managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vasco Mineiro FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Frederico Lago was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Vasco Mineiro FC booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ardwyad Vulcan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Melquiades Amor made a fantastic save in the 92nd minute, when Frederico Lago sent off a good shot on target. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Vasco Mineiro FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
