After 3 minutes of play, BRASIL.Sp's Durval Meireles made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Melquiades Amor was left in no man's land by his defense there! 5 minutes into the game, Genko Balevski cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Caio Penha was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Genko Balevski who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Caio Penha when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Caio Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Genko Balevski went, in the 10th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Durval Meireles struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Melquiades Amor didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BRASIL.Sp. Sílvio Dantas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caio Penha having to interfere. In the 19th minute of the match Paulo José Neto shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Melquiades Amor showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sílvio Dantas got free with Caio Penha in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute of the match BRASIL.Sp got a corner. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor did a great save. Melquiades Amor took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Durval Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 41 minutes into the match, BRASIL.Sp's goalkeeper Caio Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Genko Balevski. The supporters of BRASIL.Sp booed when CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edmundo Valle didn't get a good kick on the ball.

After a rather tough play, BRASIL.Sp's Lon Lanteigne got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Lon Lanteigne blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Melquiades Amor having to make a save. Melquiades Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lon Lanteigne in the 60th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lon Lanteigne got free with Melquiades Amor in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 66 minutes into the match, CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's goal looked a bit too open when Durval Meireles came free, but Melquiades Amor reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's Melquiades Amor proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA from getting a goal against them. Melquiades Amor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lon Lanteigne in the 69th minute. BRASIL.Sp's Percy Cearense was substituted for Luís Guilherme Vasconcelos. Melquiades Amor made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Durval Meireles sent off a good shot on target. But to his dismay, Percy Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-3. Thanks to some nice moves Durval Meireles could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which Melquiades Amor however easily saved by the left post. After 91 minutes CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Pedro Varela who took care of the corner kick. Caio Penha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cícero da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. A collision led to CDS BUCANEIROS PAULISTA getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Edmundo Valle hit a great ball. In the 95th minute, Percy Cearense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The BRASIL.Sp fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-4.
